The families of Northridge Community School are unified by our common belief in the God of the Bible, and in faithful biblical parenting. We are a body of like-minded Christians who love the Lord and desire to raise our children by keeping His commandments. Our aim is to provide a curriculum and culture that is an extension of the biblical values taught at home.
We seek to employ teachers who are qualified, dedicated Christian educators. Our teachers and supporting staff are personally committed to upholding and furthering the purposes of the school. They model biblical character and serve to develop the students into the likeness of Christ.
The overall student/teacher ratio in the classroom is approximately 15:1 but typically less. Classrooms are often set-up as multi-grade levels when class sizes are appropriate (ie: K/1, 2/3, 4/5, and Jr. High), thereby allowing the teachers additional time to develop long term relationships with their students. This, along with the small classroom size, leads to better assessment of each student's strengths and weaknesses.
